Wouldn't you know I submitted that recipe to Rachael Ray and it's now in her YUM-O cookbook. I'm not kidding. Get the book and look up, "Joe's Fish Tacos." That's my Joe. This was taken July 30 2007. They apparently move slow in the publishing world.
