Home School Debate

I keep seeing articles everywhere about homeschooling Maybe it's just the pieces of media I choose to look at but of all the random places I saw one in the Costco Connections magazine in my in-law's bathroom. Read the story at http://www.costcoconnection.com/connection/200809/?u1=texterity
and then vote on what you think. Should parents be required to be certified if they want to home school? I think not. If you read the article, it states that home school students score significantly higher on standardized acheivement tests. Just something to think about.
