So the other day I was looking for strawberry banana recipes and found one for sorbet. It was super simple. Just slice up your fruit, freeze on a tray for 2 hours and then blend in food processor until smooth. Now Joseph has "ice cream." The only added is a tbsp. of lemon juice and 5 tbsp. of water.
