Another mystery Dinner

So this was night two of Pampered Chef recipe book...  I didn't quite follow this one to the letter. Had to make some substitutions. It was provencal chicken with brown rice. Not sure if I would make this one again but it probably would have been better if I knew how the heck to carmelize a paste!! Dinner is definitely not boring anymore!
