Even though Joseph and I have been really sick since the 4th of July, we managed to pull it together and go to a summer potluck today in Modesto - yes! to the heat again! We wanted to see some relatives who were visiting from out of state and we didn't know if we'd get the chance to see them again anytime soon, so we headed back to the heat for a visit. We had a lot of fun playing at the park, visiting with the family, and enjoying some food. Joseph was digging in the ice bucket with his cousin who is only two weeks older than him - they just met today for the first time because he lives in Texas!
