One of our favorite lunches to make at home is Pesto Chicken Sandwiches. Recently I got this handy stoneware covered baker that is microwave safe and it cooks chicken in minutes without drying it out. Seriously, it tastes good! So I can make chicken like this, shred it with my shears and either serve it pesto style. I'm loving all my new tools I got from Pampered Chef.
