Milestone

I'm almost at the one year milestone. One year of being a mom, one year of breastfeeding, one year of learning, growing, and realizing new things about myself. I am definately proud of many things we've accomplished this year and also have some regrets about a few things. I can't believe that my breastfeeding experience has been so amazing and really, it's been like a life changing thing for me. I also never realized how much patience I have. That kind of started those first hours in the hospital with trying to nurse the baby and just showing total patience and having confidence that it would all work out and be okay.
